Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed within 7 days of purchase when less than 20 percent of the course has been consumed and no certificate has been issued.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days through the original or mutually agreed payment channel. Crypto or third-party processor fees may be non-refundable where provider rules apply.

Refunds may be denied for completed courses, attended live sessions, downloaded materials, policy abuse, account sharing, unauthorized distribution, or repeated refund requests.

To request a refund, contact support with your order ID, payment reference, account email, and a clear reason for the request.

If a payment fails or is rejected during verification, course access will not be activated until the issue is resolved or a valid payment is submitted.
